This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom professionally cleaned apartment, with communal pool, is located in the centre of Carvoeiro, with a very convenient parking space in the underground parking.

The rustic kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and consists of both wall and floor units. There is an electric oven and gas hob should you wish to prepare a meal. A microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge/freezer are also available. There is a double sink and drainer, as well as plenty of worktops for food preparation. The kitchen dining table can seat four people.

The living room/dining room contains a sofa and armchairs in which to relax and watch television. There is also a dining table for six people. Patio doors lead onto the large balcony area, which overlooks the pool.

The property has free Wi-Fi and television with multi-language channels.

All bedrooms and bathrooms run off a long hallway.

Bedroom 1 consists of two single beds with bedside cabinets and bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, sofa and a television. There are spacious built-in wardrobes. Large patio doors lead onto the balcony area which overlooks the pool.

Bathroom 1 is a small bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and basin with storage cupboard under.

Bedroom 2 contains a very large double bed. There are two bedside cabinets with lamps, a large chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. There is also a desk and chair, an easy chair and television. Large patio doors lead onto the balcony area which overlooks the pool.

Bedroom 3 consists of two single beds with a bedside cabinet with lamps, a chest of drawers and storage cupboard. There are spacious built-in wardrobes. Large patio doors lead onto the balcony area which overlooks the pool.

Bathroom 2 contains a large walk-in shower, which has various settings from a rainfall function to body jets. There is also a separate shower hose. The basin has a built-in vanity unit with storage underneath. There is a toilet, bidet and a separate storage unit.

The large balcony runs along the full length of the property and overlooks the pool area. There are many sunbeds available around the pool for relaxation and sunbathing. There are two pools, with the smaller being for children.

The apartment is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and all the other amenities this delightful town has to offer.

The local beach, Praia do Carvoeiro, is a few minute's walk from the property with the beaches of Centeanes, Benagil, Caneiros and Pintadinho (to name a few) just a short drive away.

Once a sleepy fishing village, Carvoeiro has become a bustling resort which has retained great charm and is now one of the most popular family destinations in the Algarve. The centre of Carvoeiro is just moments away from the apartment and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.

Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away by car.

There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the apartment. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 5km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.

If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.

We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.

No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.

No excessive noise between the hours of 11pm (23h00) and 7am (07h00).
